(1) In order to reduce the time for the transformer body in the distribution cabinet to stay in the air and avoid moisture, the inspection of the body shall be carried out in a windless and sunny day, and the surrounding of the site shall be clean and dustproof measures shall be taken. Rain, snow or fog should be carried out indoors.

(2) The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0ct, and the body temperature should not be lower than the surrounding air temperature. When the body temperature is lower than the ambient air humidity, the body should be heated to make its temperature 10% higher than the ambient air humidity.

(3) When the relative humidity of the air is not more than 65%, the exposure time of the body in the air shall not be more than 16h.

(4) When the air relative humidity is greater than 65% and less than or equal to 75%, the climbing time of the body in the air shall not be greater than 12h.

(5) The starting and ending points for calculating the empty time of the body are: for transformers transported with oil, it is calculated from the beginning of oil discharge; For the transformer without oil transportation, it starts from the opening of the top cover or any blockage to the beginning of oil filling.
