Maintenance procedures for low voltage distribution cabinet and control cabinet in community.

1. Implement sectional maintenance, and maintain the security load section first.

2. Stop the power supply of the security load. If the load supplies the mains power as usual, disconnect the air switch for the mains power supply of the security load and set the generator selection switch to " ldquo; Stop " rdquo; Position, disassemble the positive and negative wires of the battery and fasten the marks to prevent the generator from sending electricity.

3. Check whether the bus joint is deformed, whether there are traces of discharge blackening, and tighten the connecting bolt. If the bolt is rusted, replace it to ensure tight connection, and check whether the edge on the bus is loose and damaged.

4. Shake the main air switch from the power distribution cabinet with the handle, check whether the main contact has burning marks, check whether the arc extinguishing cover is blackened and damaged, tighten all wiring screws, clean the dust in the cabinet, and test the closing of the machine.

5. Take out the separate cabinets from the extraction cabinet, fasten the wiring terminals, check the installation and wiring of current transformer, ammeter and watt hour meter, check the flexibility and reliability of handle operating mechanism, fasten the incoming and outgoing lines of air, and clean the dust in the switch cabinet and the outgoing line behind the distribution cabinet.

6. When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, first disconnect the main switch of the capacitor, discharge the capacitor to the ground one by one with a wire of more than 10mm, then check whether the contactor, capacitor wiring screw and grounding device are in good condition, check whether the capacitor is swollen, and clean the dust in the cabinet with a vacuum cleaner.

7. After the maintenance of the security load, the generator can be started to supply power, and the mains power can be cut off to maintain the bus section.

8. Disconnect the low-voltage side air switch step by step, then disconnect the high-voltage side vacuum circuit breaker supplying power to the transformer, close the grounding switch and hang " ldquo; Do not switch on, someone is working " rdquo; Sign.

9. After the distribution cabinet is fully maintained according to the requirements of items 3, 4, 5 and 6, remove the reliable device, disconnect the grounding switch on the high-voltage side, close the vacuum circuit breaker, observe that the transformer is put into operation, send power to the low-voltage distribution cabinet step by step, and convert the power supply of the security load generator to the municipal power supply.
