GCK low voltage draw out switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is applicable to three-phase four wire system and three-phase five wire power system with three-phase AC 50, (60) Hz, rated voltage 380 (440) V, 660V and rated current 5000 a and below. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, radio and television and other communication centers as power generation PC and MCC of motor control center in power distribution of transmission and distribution, electric energy conversion and electric energy consumption.

Service conditions

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 50 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than + 35 ℃;

2. When the ambient air temperature is + 40 ℃, it shall not exceed 50 ℃ The maximum relative temperature is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at + 20 ℃, but it should be considered that moderate condensation may occur due to temperature change;

3. For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

4. It shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact and insufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components.

Structural features

1. The basic framework of the switch cabinet is a combined assembly structure. The whole structure of the cabinet frame is fastened and connected by self tapping wax nails, and a complete switch cabinet is composed of door, partition, sealing plate, support, insult wire, drawer and electrical components. Because the original GCK skeleton adopts GF28 profile, the steel plate of this profile is relatively thin. In addition, there are dead corners in the internal part of the profile during galvanizing, which greatly shortens the service life of the cabinet. At the same time, considering the standardization of its overall structure and other factors, our company boldly improves it and adopts C-type special profile, which is made of 2mm thick steel plate with 25mm as the modulus, In addition, self tapping screws with strong rigidity are used for firmness during assembly, which makes the combination more flexible and convenient and the service life more lasting.

2. The switch cabinet adopts modular design, which divides the cabinet into three areas. The top is the bus area, the front is the electrical area, and the rear is the cable outlet area. The electrical area and the cable area are separated by steel plates to ensure the normal operation of the line and effectively prevent the expansion of faults. When the electrical components are pulled out of the cabinet, the charged bodies in the cabinet are not external, which is safer and more reliable for users. For the feeder cabinet, the cabinet width is 600mm, and up to 9 or 48 feeder circuits can be installed. (18 feeder circuits are only applicable to load units with capacity below 63A)

3. According to the use characteristics of the switch cabinet, it can be divided into power receiving cabinet, PC cabinet (power center), MCC cabinet (motor control center) and capacitor compensation cabinet.

4. The drawers of the same functional units can be interchanged. In case of failure, the unit can be pulled out and the standby drawer can be inserted to send power, which greatly shortens the time of power failure due to failure. The separability of the equipment is improved.

5. The switch cabinet can be designed as a mixed type of fixed cabinet and draw cabinet, or both of them can be drawer type, which not only retains the simplicity, practicality and low price of fixed cabinet, but also has the advantages of small volume, strong function and easy replacement of drawer.

6. In order to ensure the operation procedure and the personal safety of maintenance personnel, the mechanical interlocking mechanism is set in the switch cabinet, and the drawer unit, door and main switch are set with mechanical interlocking mechanism to make it more usable.

7. The drawer height of the switch cabinet is divided into four standard sizes, namely 200 / 2, 200, 400 and 600mm. It has light structure, convenient assembly and reasonable layout, and has three positions of work, test and isolation.

8. The N and PE lines of the switch cabinet are at the rear and lower part of the switch cabinet, and the PE line is connected with the cabinet frame, which not only makes the connection of outgoing cables more convenient, but also makes the grounding more reliable.

9. Without reducing the protection level, the top and upper and lower ventilation doors of the switch cabinet are equipped with ventilation system.

1. Main switch

For 630A and above power incoming line and feeder switch, DW45 series is mainly selected. At the same time, according to the needs of users, imported MT series, e series or NZW series can also be selected 0

2. The feeder and electric mechanism control switch below 630A are mainly CM1 series. At the same time, according to the needs of users, imported NS series, s series and other plastic circuit breakers can also be selected.

3. AC contactors mainly use CJ40 series, LC1 series and 3TB series contactors, as well as the supporting thermal circuit breaker and interlocking mechanism.

4. ALH series, BH series and SDH series are selected as circuit interconnectors.

5. The fuse shall be q series or ntoo series with high judgment ability.
