Description

GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by the two joint design teams according to the requirements of industry competent departments, power users and design units. It meets the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the development needs of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. The device has been widely used by power users.

The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, factory chemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, it is used as a complete set of low-voltage power distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control and no power compensation in power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380 (440) V, (660) V and rated current of 5000A and below.

The design of the device complies with the following standards: iec439-1 low voltage complete set of Tianguan and control equipment GB7251 1 low voltage switchgear package.

Service conditions

1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than + 40 ℃ and not lower than - 5 ℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than + 35 ℃. In case of exceeding, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation;

2. For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃, and large relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is low, such as 90% when the temperature is + 20 ℃. It shall be considered that the influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to the change of temperature;

4. When the device is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °, and the whole group of cabinet columns shall be relatively flat (in accordance with gbj232-82 standard);

5. The device shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact and insufficient to make the electrical components subject to undue corrosion;

6. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer.
